The guy Kunal is an absolute sweetheart, nice, and an angel. I'm not even kidding. I just came from there. I thought I needed a new phone and that my phone broke or defaulted some how. I was already stressed over it because right now isn't the best time to get a new phone for me. I literally was about to buy a new phone. He was super honest and fixed it for me. This is the second time I have been here. The reason I put a big emphasis on being honest, is because every other Boost Mobile I have been to hasn't been. If I would have went to another place, I would have been getting a new phone for no reason, for sure. I will definitely purchase my second phone from this place in the future. I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I have been with Boost for over ten years. This store by far has exceeded my expectations. The two gentlemen running the store were phenomenal. At one point there were five people in line and they were quick, polite, and multitasked with such ease you would never know that you were amongst five customers. They were very funny and the mood in the store was happily contagious. They didn't give you a sales pitch, I got given one price and all accessories were included. A vast selection of colors and accessories. The store was tidy, lots of selections and overall excellent service and attention to detail. My phone was ready, files transferred and out the door in less than 45 minutes. ...

No exaggeration Kunal at Boost cut my bill in half! More money for FUEL! My phone purchase was a very complicated one, but Kunal at Boost made it much more pleasant & painless LOL I had service with Sprint/TMobile for 20 YEARS! Unfortunately after they merged suddenly my very expensive IPhone was no longer compatible. Nope! Sorry not gonna be forced/bullied into spending even more money on a new phone. Done with IPhone too. Kunal was fanastic with an excellent personality for customer service. . He hooked me up with a Samsung & I love it. My only regret not going in to see Kunal sooner....
