I was a little disappointed. I called about a product ( shelving) and they said they had 18 in stock. When I got there 15 minutes later. They showed 18 in stock but were able to locate only one. I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me it must be a stocking mistake. They checked the entire inventory and were unable to find the other 17. Then they recommended I try another store. I understand that mistakes happen, what upset me is that I asked if they could contact the other location to make sure they had 3 in stock so I don't waste my time, the employee said sorry we don't do that.
