Long Island Outdoor Furniture — Local services in Town of Islip

Unfortunately, LI Outdoor Furniture is unethical and inappropriate. We handed off a huge order to LI Outdoor Furniture for the 3rd year in a row - thousands of dollars worth of expensive Kingsley Bate Lounge Cushions along with chair cushions and umbrella canvases for cleaning. First, LI Outdoor Furniture lost our order. They then said they found it but it was in a black garbage back, never cleaned after 7 months, and covered in mold. They indicated all would be fine. I called many times over the next few weeks to follow up on progress. No one ever called me back. Then, out of nowhere they called and said everything was fine and they were scheduled to deliver. The bumps aside, I assumed all WAS fine, they charged my card for over $1600 and delivered the items a month later. When my husband looked through everything, he found the umbrella covers, dirty, crumpled up in the same black garbage bag, 8 umbrella covers which they had charged us $800 ($100 per cover) to clean. All of the cushions had spots on them still. The same cushions that they had successfully cleaned the year prior. My husband and I called many times to follow up and we never received a call to address the issue let alone remedy anything. The owner was no where to be found and the staff had a special 'performance' when I called, repeatedly acting as though they had no idea who I was; acting as though that call was the first time I had called. It is so disappointing when a company doesn't take accountability for its mistakes - mistakes that can usually be easily fixed - and, as a result, forces its customer to use whatever business means possible to ensure this doesn't happen again to...

Awesome company....the staff of employees are excellent. I went there today without calling them first to fix my patio bar chair with a sling seat. They fixed it while I waited and they treated me like I was part of their family. They are true professionals who appreciate their customers’ experience while working with them. To sum it up...true old fashion customer service and high quality...
