I love burgers. I love burgers even more when they are served quickly, prepared accurately, and taste exactly the way I expect them to.
In the interest of full disclosure, my experience with this particular restaurant is limited to the drive-through so I can't comment to the dine-in experience. But this location may be host to the absolute fastest drive-through in the entirety of the American fast food industry without exception.
The drive-through staff are understandably short on unnecessary chatter and disconcerting, out-of-place social pleasantries. I know what the current promotions are, and I know the menu because it's on an illuminated 8-foot rectangle a few inches from my eyeballs. This magnificent location also spares customers those weird pre-recorded suggestive sales clips in a different voice from the person actually wearing the Star Trek headset whom you're about to meet face to face in 3 seconds.
But this staff is FAST. My order is taken immediately. My order is accurate EVERY TIME. That counts for a lot when I have 23 minutes to eat lunch and get back to work.
TRUE STORY: I once coasted into the drive-through lane, placed my order, paid the attending cashier, received my order and drove away WITHOUT EVEN TAPPING THE BRAKES. Sure I drive a Prius, but the point is, Bohemia BK is THAT FAST. McLaren fast. F1 pit stop fast. SpaceX Falcon fast.
Roadrunner speed aside, my order is always fresh, hot and delicious. I have never, in five years of patronage at this location, had any experience I would rate any less than 'stellar'. For that, you get 6 stars. Since Google allows only 5, here's your 6th:
You are my favorite Burger King. You are doing things right. Please don't...
Read moreI came to the window to order on the drive thru and the person asks me what I would like and I say “impossible whopper with cheese please”. I pull up and the lady who took my order said sorry to me when I take the bag which I find a little weird. I never mind it and pull in to sit in the parking lot, and I take out my burger to notice there is no cheese on it. I was a little annoyed but it was no big deal, just go and ask for cheese for the burgers. I go in, and the woman I guess was the manager refused to give me cheese for my burgers, which annoyed me again because that is what I asked for when asked what I wanted. I sighed heavily and accepted it, but I still decided to get what I originally asked for and even asked to pay for it at the window. I pull up and they are super defensive and slightly argumentative, I by pass it and say “it’s no big deal, I’ll pay for it” and give them money for it. The whole time they are very condescending about it and honestly made me feel I’m trying to “trick” them into giving me simply slices of cheese for myself burgers. This incidents has offically stopped me from coming to this location. I know things can be lost in communication and I know fast food workers have it rough, but I really didn’t appreciate how they treated me. If I was going to haggle free stuff off of you, it wouldn’t be cheese. Please LISTEN CAREFULLY when someone places their...
Read moreI walk in and I’m looking at the menu board. I’m not really sure what I want so I’m stand a goods distance away from where the line begins as to not be in anyone’s way. When the older short Latino lady says can we help you. But I wasn’t sure if she said it to me or the drive through because I wasn’t looking at her. So she says it again and then I look at her and realize she’s talking to me. I walk up closer and say hello in Spanish and smile and she tells a nice young Latino girl Vesey to take my order. But the whole time she’s giving me a sarcastic look and I can tell she’s annoyed. At what I don’t know. I guess I wasn’t fast enough for her liking. I’m 63 years old with white hair and have eaten at burger king since I was like 11! But I haven’t been in to one in a couple months so I wanted to see the combos. There wasn’t anyone else on or near the line to order food. I owned my own business in Deer Park for over 30 years and am retired from civil service in NYC. If she doesn’t appreciate people like me patronizing the establishment for because I’m a senior citizen I suggest she keep walking down the road and work somewhere where there business model is to be disrespectful and condescending to a class of people she dislikes!! It doesn’t hurt to be nice to anyone or any kind...
