John's Tattoo — Local services in Town of Islip

I have been going to this shop for years now. My tattoo artist is Sam. I dont have any words for how amazing she is and how much I love her work. She takes the time to send the tattoo drawing out before you get to the shop. She is honest about if she thinks something will look good or if it needs some tweaking. She takes the time to make sure the spot is correct and you like the design before even starting. I have sent Sam so many tattoos and what i send her versus how she does it…WOW! Sam is also very wuick to respond when you message her about a tattoo. I have changed ideas a couple times and she never complains and is always willing to work with me. Sam really is so incredible which is probably why I have about 10 (probably more) tattoos done by her and am already planning my next couple tattoos. Sam did the first two tattoos my husband ever got and she made sure he was comfortable and it was what he wanted. Her prices are beyond fair and she always talks to you while she tattoos and guves you the heads up when she may be going into a spot that may hurt more. I highly highly recommend her and I sure as heck will not use anyone else other than Sam. I get so many compliments on all my tattoos she did! I have gotten 12 piercings in my lifetime 8 of which were done by John. His hours and prices are unbeatable. Most piercings are $25 and he does a 2/$40 deal. His shop is clean and sanitary. His staff is the real deal. One look at the shops instagram, their work speaks for itself. The prices on tattoos are more than fair and definitely the cheapest in the area. They always accept walk-ins and are open super late. I have never had an issue with my piercings healing properly when done by John, he’s patient and clearly cares about his work. I can’t recommend Sam at John’s Tattoos enough! She’s done so many of my tattoos, and every single one has turned out better than I imagined. She has an incredible ability to bring my ideas to life with her amazing talent and attention to detail. Sam is not only insanely skilled but also super sweet and easy to talk to—she makes every session fun and comfortable.
