I walked in I ask for help. The man looked up from his cell phone pointed to the back of the store and said it's back there! This is not helping me I am disabled, I need help. The man who owned it before his name was John I do believe. When I went in and ask for help he would take me to the spot and show me what he has to offer. That's customer service. I have a hard time walking into a place to buy a $50 bottle of champagne for a birthday gift I'm being taken for granted by the people behind the counter. I am a customer and I would like to be treated as one. There are many other liquor stores in the area. With much cheaper prices!!! So if you go here and feel like you are being ignored or mistreated. I've only been here once so the stars and review may change, but I went here as a recommendation from my brother who is a realtor at Exit realty next door; anyway I was looking for an interesting scotch, they had so much to choose from that I couldn't make up my mind. I had gone the day before to one closer to me in Brentwood but they only had the mainstream, popular because they are big names and everyone knows them brands. I ended up just walking out with nothing from the Brentwood one. I can't wait to go back to this one to choose something new. Now I don't have to go all the way to Westbury to Total Wine...
