RSVP Tuxedos — Local services in Town of Islip

Would recommend to anyone. Unfortunately we were unable to use them for our groomsmen as we stupidly signed a contract with another tuxedo place and did not even realize it! They told us they were taking an imprint of our card for any items that were not returned after the wedding not for a contract. We also signed a contract with RSVP (not knowing we were already bind to another tuxedo place) but RSVP was very flexible and allowed us to cancel without incidence after we explained our situation to the owner that the other tuxedo place was holding us on the hook for $600 and we didn't even do any sizing yet, with the wedding 2 months away ( stay away from Galleria tuxedo in Farmingdale, not very nice :( ). she even agreed to apply payment we put down for our boys (stuck renting from Galleria) to my fiancé's and ring bearer's (mini groom) tuxedo as the other tuxedo place did not have the quality tuxedo my fiancé was looking for. Overall this place really was compassionate to us after we put ourselves in a bind. The owner's response to me when I called her to thank her was "we are not out to hurt anyone." She was genuine about it. What really bothers me is that I have checked out a few tuxedo places on long island and they have the largest selection in styles, designs, and colors, I want to kick myself for not going to them first as they are the closest to us. Oh well maybe next time :). Another bonus is their employees knew...

Last minute (like the same day!) I reached out to the shop. Michele was very helpful and accommodating! She was able to get my son his tux and shoes on the spot. The shop has inventory on hand. I had reached out to the larger rental places and they don’t carry anything in inventory.

I was in a panic and Michele really delivered. She was a pleasure to deal with and even worked with me on the return. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Plus it felt good to support a local merchant!
