A local converted movie theatre with a well-curated schedule of artists. The sound system is very good for this venue, artists are generally happy to play here, drinks are available, and the former film seating design is steep -- ensuring that everyone has an excellent stage view. Wow sometimes when you least expect it you get awed to your core. Went to buy tickets on Thursday for a Jesse Cook show the next evening and after checking online I found there were only a few rows in the back that had seats together, but the Boulton Center is a smaller venue with not a bad seat in the house. I've played here a number of times with various artists. It's always an absolute pleasure. The entire staff is very professional. The backline is all high end and well maintained. Patrick the tech director is a total pro and always has everything working well and sounding great. I always smile and look forward to playing the boulton center when I see it in my schedule.
