Didnt inform of a last minute change of flight in a stop, forces us to buy an extra flight just to make sure my mother in law gets back home safe. Knownly my mother in law being in a place she doesn’t know, elderly. Who would want their mother to be somewhere they dont know and try to charge her money just cause they didnt inform her of last minute changes.

My family has used them several times and it has been a great experience. I see a few negative comments about flight changes. You guys must understand that they are just the middle man trying to help you get the best deals and routes to your destinations, they don't make much from the tickets they sale.
