Worst experience ever at Indian Pines fruit Stand where we always have bought our Christmas tree. They've always sawed it straight for our stand straight tree stand, redrilled the hole in the bottom to make sure it was deep enough, wrapped it in netting so the needles don't get everywhere, tied it to our car. This year they don't wrap it, they cut them at an angle so they fall over once in the stand, they don't make sure the hole is deep enough so my stand broke, and they ask you "don't you have someone to help you? Don't you have vice grips? I can't believe I'm being held accountable for your broken tree stand." I told them I always came there because of the great service and they told me "That's why Dale doesn't own it anymore because he did all these extras. He had kids doing that stuff. We don't do that." I said "I'm a single mom" and they interrupted me to tell me they're also single mom's and they get their trees just fine on their own." If they'd let me finish I was going to say how I appreciated the service we'd always gotten there. One of the ladies told me she's never had that service there before and she's gotten her tree there for years. I said I find that hard to believe because they've wrapped, trimmed and made sure it was ready for the stand every year I've gone there. They tried to say my stand was too small. We purchased a tree today because of the horrible weather for u-cut. I should have laid in the mud. I asked if they drill them because we use the stand strait tree stand for stability. This was after we had to go inside and wait for someone to quit chatting to assist us. They said yes, they are pre-drilled. We brought the tree home after paying 98.00 dollars, I trimmed it up and stood it up on the stand. The hole was drilled so crooked that the tree won't even stand in the stand strait base, which is one of the best stands there are. They also couldn't bale the tree there because they didn't have any help and the bale stand was so wimpy it would fall over when you tried to pull the tree thru it. ...

Lady behind counter cashed someone out infront of us, INSTANTLY left to go stock a cooler. Then proceeded to still not come over and check us out. After another 4/5 minutes and multiple squeezes of the pig that says “squeeze for service” still didn’t get cashed out.

After we were cashed out and I inquired on the cinnamon buns I was told it can be “warmed up” which usually means 2-3 minutes at most. Lady disappeared for awhile and when I received them they were cold. Not warmed up, no part of it was warm.

Will not be visiting here again after...
