I am so happy I purchased my wedding dress from Crystal's Bridal Boutique! Both Tammy (bridal consultant) and Lindy (owner) are amazing and easy to work with! They go above and beyond for their customers. Tammy is so friendly and will make you feel like the most gorgeous bride. Tammy is an expert bridal consultant. She listened to the style of dress I was looking for, viewed inspiration photos and helped me pick out dresses that fit that criteria. She will clip the dress, so you can see how it should fit once you are in the correct size and talk to you about your likes and dislikes on each dress you try on, so she can suggest other dresses or custom changes that can be made to the dress. Originally, I went to Crystal's Boutique to try on a specific Casablanca dress I found online, that I was sure was going to be my wedding dress. However, I ended up purchasing a different dress I found at Crystal's Boutique, "The Elisha" Casablanca dress. The Elisha dress was so unique and unlike any other dress I had seen in any of the other shops that I went to. I went to a few other shops to look for a dress, but kept showing them the Elisha dress I found at Crystal's Boutique. There were a few things that I wanted to modify on The Elisha dress. Tammy and Lindy let me know these changes could be made right from the dress designer. I chose to raise the neckline and remove the nude netting on the chest. Tammy also took my measurements and ordered a custom cut dress that would be made to fit my body, instead of trying to fit into one of the dress sizes. I also ordered a custom veil to match my dress. The veil delivered was not correct (manufacturers fault, not Crystal's Boutique). Tammy and Lindy would not stop until everything was perfect, they called Casablanca and made sure that my wedding veil was made with the same lace on my dress and seamlessly matched. You would think these customizations would be expensive, but they were actually very reasonably priced. My dress was delivered ahead of the estimated date, but Tammy had taken some time off to celebrate her daughters wedding. I could have picked up my dress without Tammy, but I felt such a bond to her, I chose to wait until she returned to work. I received so many compliments on my wedding dress and veil. My husband said my dress was stunning and I am the most beautiful bride he's ever seen. I felt so confident in my dress and I owe it all to Tammy!
