Fratellos Gourmet Pizza & Cafe — Restaurant in Town of La Grange

The one time I went here I was very disappointed. This business has the name “Cafe” in its name, but it is not a Cafe at all. I walked into the Hopewell Junction location on Route 52 with a friend to enjoy a cup of coffee, and I walked up to the counter and asked the waitress for an espresso. She replied “We don’t make the coffees, you have to go over to the Keurig machine and make it yourself.” I had to go to a KEURIG MACHINE to make a cup of coffee in a PAPER CUP. As I was rummaging through the Keurig Coffee Pods, I asked the waitress “Where’s the espresso?”, and she replied “We don’t have espresso, but you can make a short American coffee.” What kind of Cafe uses a Keurig Machine, let alone makes the customer make their own coffee? What kind of Cafe uses paper cups? And what kind of cafe doesn’t have espresso? Don’t get me wrong, I had a slice of pizza here, and it was great, but this place should not call itself a Cafe,...

I order at least once a week, usually twice, and have been for a while. They messed up my pizza and my pasta and wouldn’t refund me a penny. I spent $35 and still had nothing for dinner. This place has changed for the worst. Hopefully it was worth it because that's the last time they will ever get my business. Adelina’s Pizzeria is close to them, closer to me and I’ve never had a problem there. Adelina's is more than generous with proportions, quick, and really nice staff. Fratellos is easily...

Food is pretty good, but the past two times I've ordered from here the order has been screwed up. First time I ordered 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 meatball on a large pie - ended up with one side plain one side pepperoni and meatball. Next time I ordered a large pepperoni pie and got plain. Whenever you walk in its just a bunch of teens who have no interest in actually helping and whom all seem to be way too busy socializing or on their phones.
