I would have given five stars, but this place has messed my order up a few times. BUT, they always offer to fix it and give me a brand new bowl made correctly. (I order a lot online and pick up because I don't work very far from them, which is why I don't always see the order is incorrect until I get back to work..) So, that does help. The staff isn't always overly friendly but I take into consideration that they have to deal with the general public everyday and with my own job, I know that's no easy feat.
There was one time I asked for extra cilantro lime dressing and my chicken bowl ingredients (chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc..) came SWIMMING in the dressing. I asked for extra, not so much that I have to eat it like a soup. I feel that was done on purpose, but needless to say, I ask for my dressing on the side now.
Another time, I ordered a chicken bowl without beans and when I brought it back to work, it was LOADED with beans. Nothing too major. Like I said, I always call and they always fix it for me. It just gets tiring sometimes having to drive back all the time to get the correct order. I've learned my lesson and either I, or my coworker, always check the bag before we come back to work to make sure everything is correct.

Read moreOn April 7, I ordered dinner including a buffalo chicken quesadilla delivered by Door Dash. Under the 1rst quesadilla packed in a styrofoam to go dish was a 3” X 2” wad of Saran Wrap. Luckily I saw it and threw the food out. I called and spoke with matt the manager who assured me it was Door Dash who inserted it in my food. I said how did they open a white paper bag move food around and refold the bag without adding any new creases or get any sauce or grease on it. “He asked me what do you want?” I said my $ back. He said text me your address and I’ll mail it. 2 weeks passed no reimbursement, so I called again and spoke with Matt the manager who verified his worker put the Saran Wrap in my food. He said they reviewed the video tape of the meal being prepared and fired the employee. I said so why didn’t you mail my reimbursement as you promised. This time he blamed the United States Post office. I since called the board of health and they know the place well, without looking up anything they told me Matt is the owner’s son. That explains the manager’s lack of accountability but not why someone is so unhappy he tried to choke someone he didn’t even know. I guess they treat their employees like they treat...

Mind you I let the employee know that this is our first time here so bear with us.
Here is why I wouldn't go back. We went during dinner rush 6:30pm to be exact, they don't close until 9pm, and figured there would be plenty of food. We were very wrong! They didn't have the taco shells for the bowls. First disappointment. Then they didn't have any shredded beef, only ground beef and chicken. They refused to cook anymore ANYTHING! 2nd disappointment they gave us two small scoops of rice, not even enough to fill the bowl.
Even through all this we decided to still go through with it and continued to the register. We ordered 4 bowls and 1 nachos. This came to $64!!!
