Hot spot smoke shop — Local services in Town of Lancaster

Good sized store, seemed to have most anything you might need. The young lady that helped me was friendly enough. She assumed I knew everything even after explaining it was my first time. Then she made me feel old be telling me "No one uses a grinder anymore..." 😆 I'd go back, no issues.

Second trip in, not as happy. The young man that was there barely spoke above a whisper, he had such a strong accent it made it hard, if not impossible to understand him. The information that I could understand was nothing more than I could have guessed before asking. He seemed like he didn't have a clue.

The pen I had purchased on my first visit clogged nearly every time and leaked. I assumed it was user error. No blame placed on the product or store. I went back to purchase more and to ask what I was doing wrong. He said he had never heard of that happening. No further info was given. He clearly knew the pen I was talking about, I pointed it out to him, and even said the 510 thread refill. I asked him which flavor he recommended. He suggested the 'Green Crack'. Ok, I'm game, let's give it a shot. I get home and open my refill only to find its NOT a refill but a full disposable pen. I didn't get a receipt, I doubt they would have accepted a return even if I did get one. I'll use this one till it's gone, but I think I'll find a place that has more than just a 'warm body' behind...

Edited to respond to owner: It's not the wrong place. I'm reviewing the correct business. Across from the D&L plaza, next to McDonald's and Dollar General is where this happened.

Have been going here for a long time. More recently they have not been consistently priced, they pick and choose what to charge. I've gotten vapes for as little as $15 a couple times, $20 another time, at the one on Broadway. Went the other day and was charged over $65 for 2 vapes. Swiped my card without telling me a total. Never would I think they'd charge me over $30 for 1 vape. Lost my business from this interaction, feel completely taken...

Walked in for a vape.....I was the only one in the store and not a soul in sight. Waited 5 minutes, another customer walked in. THATS WHEN A WORKER CAME OUT OF THE BACK AND TOOK CARE OF THE 2ND CUSTOMER FIRST!!!! DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME!! I asked him if they sold vapes, he said yes and proceeded to ignore me and wait on the 2nd customer even tho I was there first. Walked right out. Will never go...
