I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years with my family. It’s always been a special place for us — reliable, comforting, and full of great memories. That’s why tonight hurt so much. This was my first time ordering takeout online, and I was genuinely excited to enjoy the amazing fish fry I’ve always loved. But what I got instead was a complete mess. I waited over an hour, only to come home and find our entire order was wrong. We ordered broiled and battered fish with baked potatoes and French onion soup. What we got was oily, soggy, and careless. The broiled fish was falling apart, the battered fish was drenched in grease, the baked potatoes were replaced with limp, soggy fries. It honestly felt like no one cared — and that’s the part that stings the most. The only decent gesture was the manager giving us cheesecake for the long wait, and my wife being told we’d get a refund when she called. But it doesn’t fix the disappointment of being let down by a place we once trusted. After all these years, I never thought I’d say this — but we won’t be coming back. Extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken by how far this place has fallen.

I visited this restaurant from out of town and boy was it a beautiful place. I ordered the chicken finger sub my first time, very tasty. I just recently went back and took my family. They loved it as much as me. I realized they served breakfast all day which made me happy. I ordered the Belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream. The strawberries were fresh, not the soggy syrupy kind. Delicious!

My wife and I eat here once or twice a month, usually for breakfast at dinner time. The food is very good, the service is fast and friendly. I usually get the Olive tree breakfast with french toast, my wife gets an Omlet or the greek chicken sandwich but I have had the turkey club and turkey melt as well. Highly recommended!

Stopped in to have a quick lunch on my lunch break with my mom on Thursday. We let the server know we were in a little bit of a hurry and we were ready to order our food also, when she was standing at our table, already taking our drink order. With a sour attitude, our server told us that she could only take our drink order because there was another table in front of us. She then proceeded to go get their order, put it in the computer, go get our drinks and then come back to take our order. Multi tasking is something I learned as a server/bartender for many years myself. When she came back to the table she continued to give attitude and be rude, asking us if we wanted a different server. Being very combative, talking over my mom as she was trying to just give her the order at this point. I finally told her we wanted to speak with a manager. She then sent the hostess over instead. I apologized to the hostess and let her know we now won’t be eating here but would still like to speak with a manager. The manager came over and told us that it is first come first serve. We were blown away. Again both my mom and I both have served and bartended for many many years, I personally would have never told someone no I can not take your order right now, while standing at their table, As that was my main job description. But if that was the case I would’ve hurried my butt right back to their table after I got the other tables order so I could put them both in the computer at once. But that’s just me. As a business owner and lifelong resident of Lancaster myself, I will never return or patron this restaurant again after being treated so poorly, from both staff...

Decided to stop in for Lunch. The first thing that caught my eye was the variety on the menu. Burgers, subs, club sandwiches, fish, steak and salads. Normally, I would not care about service. I don’t usually expect a smile. We’re all human. However I kept getting this idea in my head that the service was being held together with “duct tape” while it was busy staff seemed overwhelmed and miserable. When we were seated silverware was a single fork on a napkin. Then as we were served our food, a waitress came out with handfuls of spoons and forks that were still dripping wet from having been washed. The table was wet. At the beginning of our meal only one waitress could be seen enjoying their job. It stood out to me because the customers didn’t seem miserable, quite the opposite. So not sure where the staffs energy was coming from. As the crowd thinned out staff found their second wind. Things started to go smoother. I noticed a table of 8 seating was being prepared and silverware had been wrapped prior to seating. So I would say my experience was not the norm. Meals are priced around $10 to $20 dollars a person. I had ordered the Baconator cheeseburger for $13.99 which I felt was high when ordering, however the portions were huge. Drinks were $3.50 with refills. Waiting staff made sure to bring us a refill as soon as our glasses were 1/3 full. First impressions I would not go out of my way to eat here. It was not memorable in that way. However I would tag along if a friend or...

The restaurant is generally well run, and staff are friendly and attentive. The building was semi-recently remodeled following an unfortunate fire event a few years ago... but some of the seating is already showing cracking/wear on the vinyl. Recent changes removed some things from the menu that, from speaking with staff, many customers miss, including myself. There is no hungry-man breakfast, including eggs, meat of choice, home fries, pancakes, pancakes, or French toast, which creates a pricey ala-carte to make a full breakfast. Also, this restaurant used to have a fantastic country-sized pork link/breakfast, which is sorely missed. The food selections are average to what one might expect from a Greek based type of restaurant. The Souvlaki is tasty. I find the open-air environment nice, but the atmosphere can become loud when they are busy. Pricing is a bit on the heavy side, but there is not a solid competing restaurant nearby to challenge, so that doesn't help. On my last visit, I came to talk with someone, and the server was very patient with us. I made sure to tip well in case we indirectly caused her to lose any tables. Overall, this restaurant is...
