D & L Plaza — Local services in Town of Lancaster

The only things good about this location is Tim, (cashier / mgr) and the products usually found at any DOLLAR TREE. This particular one is in horrible disarray, floors are filthy and things have been spilled on the carpet in every isle. Looks like it'd been in a terrible storm. But at the register is a man in poor health, trying to deal with "entitled", self absorbed shoppers that yell about everything. He had run out of helium, shelves weren't getting filled/cleaned and straightened out, and more. The other associate refused/refuses to cashier and gets away with being lazy, so he had no help. I think some housecleaning of lazy people need to be let go. They certainly wouldn't work for me if I owned the store. Tim deserves proper help, consideration, and treatment becoming to someone who is working a thankless job, and a raise according to him being the only one who does his job. don't go to the black girl at the D&l plaza not only did she give me two different haircuts and then blame it on my shirt collar but then way my hair grows when I went back to have her fix it, she caught the back and still left me with two different hairstyles on each side of my head. ask management to call me back they lied and said they were busy and would call me back later and never did, they did not offer me my money back but offer to take more hair off to even it out!!!! what part of I don't want my hair any shorter don't you understand and until you give me my money back I have the problem you have my money! You want me to leave a review of a plaza (as opposed to the individual businesses)..? Okay, here goes: fix that mind-blowingly stupid traffic pattern that looks like it was put to paper by a three-year-old with a crayon. Rip out those stupid curbs across from the Big Lots entrance that have obviously been hit by countless vehicles and snow plows over the years. And while you're at it ditch the dozen stop signs. I've never seen so many in such a small area anywhere else in my life. Srsly what were...
