The UPS Store — Local services in Town of Lancaster

TLDR: Absolutely fabulous, super hard-working staff, cannot speak highly enough about this location. The long story is: I know it doesn’t really mean a lot to talk about a shipping place like this, but there was a gentleman there working alone, and I came in to print something and he was nothing but patient with me. It broke my heart because he was the only person working, and there was a line basically out the door, but he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure that I was taken care of. Even with printing issues and computer glitches that were completely not his fault. He even apologized at the end that it took too long and it was a “bad experience”, but it was really so unbelievably fine, (a great experience really!) and I was happy to wait, because this gentleman was working so hard for everybody in the store. This guy is a very kind gentleman, and I wish I knew his name. I tried calling the store afterwards to thank him, but I will try and call again tomorrow just to make sure that he gets recognized for how incredibly hard he was working last night. I have an interview coming up and he made sure that I got the documents printed that I needed for this interview, and that really means a lot to me. He even took the time to put my documents in an envelope. This guy deserves recognition, and hopefully I will be able to contact his supervisor and tell that person how stellar and inspiring it was to see this gentleman handling an entire store alone with such kindness and...

My experience at the Broadway, Depew location was very pleasant. My wait time was under 2 minutes. The store was very neat & inviting.

Steven, the gentleman that assisted me in shipping my package was so friendly & helpful. I needed to ship a package to a friend who lives in a high rise out of state & without a secure mailroom. I needed an alternate way for the package to get to them.

Steven explained everything, answered my questions & went above & beyond to contact the out of state receiving location to alert them that the package will be coming to them for my friend to pick it up...

AMAZING STORE!!! I am absolutely indebted to this UPS store. We dropped off two packages to this location and realized after closing that we had accidentally packed something extremely sentimental to my 6 year old, in one of the boxes. I called the store after hours and left a desperate message to see if they could help me, and they did! The manager/owner called me back AFTER CLOSING to assist me in retrieving my sentimental item.
