Pallet Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

I dislike leaving low reviews, especially because I love to support small local businesses and to see them thrive! But there are times that I have to make an exception and this is one.

The first thing I noticed when walking up to the business was that it was unkept and trashy on the outside around the few chairs they had. I thought it might improve once I got inside, however that was not the case.

The entry mat was absolutely filthy as was the floor under the tables and around the edges. It looks like there is no attention to detail and that nothing has been cleaned in months. With the dining area looking like this, it makes me question how clean things are in the kitchen. Do they even wash the dishes?

If a gas station shows no attention to detail, has dirty toilets, dirty floors, and entry I’m not a fan, but I can overlook it because, they’re not serving food. But it’s just gross when a place that prepares and serves food is...

Such a cute and cozy place! I had the jalapeno cheddar bagel breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. I'm super picky with my bagels and this one was amazing. The eggnog latte was also great. The lunch menu sounded so good too, I cant wait to come back again and try it. Definitely a must try cafe in Lancaster!

What a sweet cafe! I was warmly greeted by the employees and I ordered the iced coffee (one size, $2.50). Upon taking my first sip, I was pleasantly surprised to learn their house coffee is vanilla buttercream flavored. The flavor is very subtle, but just enough to taste a little sweetness.

The space is nicely renovated and has a cool high-top bar area with electrical outlets. I look forward to returning and trying their waffles, breakfast sandwiches, and assorted pastries. We are so glad to have you in Lancaster,...
