his is your butcher. From the moment you walk in the door to this quaint family run butcher shop you can tell you're in the right spot. Immediately greeted, the butcher on hand has a bounty of knowledge about the products in the cases and is happy to talk to you at length about your questions and make sure you get the best possible option for your meal.

The selection of meats is great, and always fresh- looking in the cases you can tell they are chosen with a discerning eye. There is also a selection of deli meats and cheeses, and pre-packaged hand cut / home made burgers and chicken. What I found the coolest was also the selection of spices of products from St. Maarten (I was told potentially there only US outlet).

I was recommended to Valint's by two friends and they certainly were right in their recommendation! The shop is clean and well thought out. They have lots of things like rubs and pastas that will compliment your meat purchase.

We bought 4 ribeye steaks that were as good of quality as your would get at the finest steak houses! They also have a wide selection of "smoker meats" like brisket, tri tip, pork butt, pork belly, ribs etc. All extremely high quality.

The sausages are fresh made and rotate regularly. The Italian Sausage was the best I have had since Scipione's in Niagara Falls closed their meat shop...

Just discovered this GEM after several friends raved about it. I’ve purchased steaks on four separate visits - the best I’ve ever grilled! And you can’t walk out without getting some sausage - great variety from straight Italian to shiitake mushroom, banana pepper, and my new fav - honey basil Calabrian chili chicken sausage. And ….. they now sell beer to go! Great selection too. I highly recommend Valint’s for all your tail gating or backyard...
