Once I asked to get my daughter's foot measured. 3 of the clerks were awful. One ignored me, the second told me to ask this other woman who literalky HANDEDME the foot measure before walking off!!!! I asked for management at customer service where all 3 clerks ran over right after the call for management was heard over the speaker, lol. They stood there asking me what they could do while the manager helped us. Disgusting! I asked them why they were so busy and the manager apologized. I did NOT buy shoes there. But I do go back since it's here on post but I will ALWAYS leave two star reviews. Horrible service and they never have exactly...

Nice PX. Not the biggest, but it is a pretty decent size. Friendly employees. A word of caution though... if you buy anything that has the potential to be returned, never rely on an emailed receipt. I have never received one, looked in my junk mail and everything. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal, and I would just go to customer service and have them reprint the receipt, but you’d think I was the only idiot around to make such a request. Bottom line is I still have a broken product because they weren’t able to reprint a receipt....

The main exchange is not bad for clothes when they do there big sales. I find buy clothes from here vs Burlington is not bad at all. The problem at this place is the employees. Names of particular employees that great are Shanon, Katherine (cashier) and Lou. The worst of the employees id Mrs. Katherine (the evil witch of a manager with a horrible attitude and who mistreats her employees). All in all you cannot do better than the exchange the only issue here really is the outdated merch and the few but...
