QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

I went in today 8/1/23 and had the rudest customer service. When asked about the guacamole and cilantro they had already put it away and refused to get it out. When asked for more pico they scrapped a few tomatoes together from the bin out that on my bowl and then sent me to checkout. I wasn’t offered any condiments or even a utensil to eat with. All the girls had an attitude when asked about the missing ingredients that I normally add to my bowl. I will not be returning if this is the acceptable attitude and food service. I just spent money on food I no longer want because it’s missing key ingredients( and they did have them they just didn’t want to get it back out). Food can be good but it is inconsistent on how much they give you. One day I get a great bowl and the next it’s half empty. Doesn’t make sense and when I get half bowl it’s definitely not worth the price if I’m not even filled from it. After reading other reviews it seems like they are reluctant to bring more food from the back and give you the scraps if that’s there. When it’s full you get a good bowl and when it’s running low they give you way less than they are...

This place is wonderful. The food is fresh and tastes great. The customer service with the workers is terrific. Thank you to those who work the lunch hour Monday through Friday because they always seem to have a positive attitude. The pregnant Women was so kind when I went through.
