Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is new, I understand that, but wow- let me explain two of my experiences.

1- They dropped my cup on the ground spilling my drink behind the counter. They then picked up the cup, laughed, and refilled it---serving me in the same cup.

2- On a different occasion, they served my hot drink with a soft drink lid, literally--I had to drink my Vanilla Latte through a straw after 20 mins to let it cool. It was bad.

If you're craving Starbucks, it's worth a visit. Don't expect your usual experience here. The store is clean and new though, they made a good decision to...

I work on base and though my standards for coffee are usually middle of the road, this Starbucks continually disappoints. Be prepared to wait 20 mins for an extremely overpriced latte. And when you finally do get it, the grande cup is only 2/3 full. Got a caramel latte and pretty sure they forgot the caramel. Staff is hit or miss- can't be welcoming or really snippy. Just depends. I normally don't choose Starbucks because I'd rather support local coffeeshops....but this place makes me want to bring my own coffee pot to work, just for a good...

I order a Grande Mocha for the wife and I every day with 2 extra shots and without whip. Lately, for some reason, they have been filling the cup only slightly above the halfway mark. So essentially we are only getting a small coffee in a grande cup. When I order a Grande and pay for “Extra” espresso shots added, my cup should be full.
