Wouldn’t even give a full star, first they took away all Panda Express near me. Then on google it says there is one in Fort Drum NY. We drive all the way there just to find out you need a military ID just to get on base TO GET TO THE PANDA. Very very sad. They should re open one somewhere that is cleaner than the last location here in NY Very disappointed that they took them away, and that I drove almost two hours to get to a panda, that I couldn’t even have.
