I went in to this so called “Establishment” to have my wife heirloom earrings bent back into shape after the years of use. Not only did he tell me it was impossible to get the dent out which I know to be a false claim jewelers of higher caliber than him I suppose he meant by the impossible. I stopped in Rick's store last year as I have a few old clocks that need repair.
