PC Med Center — Local services in Town of Monroe

I met Elliot from PC Med Center a couple of weeks back at the local post office in Harriman, New York as he was getting in his Business Work Van. His beautiful advertised vinyl wrapped vehicle made me curious to strike up a conversation with him and ask some questions about his business. I’m the owner of a small business in the area also. Elliot was extremely friendly, kind, and so professional too. We both exchanged our Business Cards to each other. Less than one week later he followed up with a phone call to me to ask if I would like to stop by his store to discuss some of the concerns that I had about my current website. Then, about a week later I had some major issues with my website so I quickly called Elliot yesterday before the store opened and left a message that I wanted to stop by immediately as soon as he was open. I quickly drove over to PC med center as soon as the store was open yesterday and Elliott was so extremely kind and started helping me immediately to go over things. While I was at the store yesterday with Elliot I really admired how helpful he was to everyone else that came through his front door as he was assisting me. My laptop would not start, and I brought it to PC Med Center. After taking the hard drive out, Dan installed a new, faster, better one into the computer, and it crashed. He then put in a refurbished drive, and the same thing happened. He spent many hours trying, unsuccessfully, to extract the data from my original drive, and the whole thing turned into a total loss for me. Even after all of the time he put in trying to fix it, he did not not charge me anything. He also set me up with a data recovery firm who might be able to help, along with with a discount code and free priority shipping. I can't recommend PC Med highly enough. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else again for computer repairs. Friendly, caring, and professional staff. We need more like this company in this world! I would give them more than 5...

PC Med Center worked diligently, and successfully, to repair my son's phone. My son had almost two year's worth of pictures and videos on his iPhone that he couldn't access because the phone would not power on - unfortunately, he had never backed-up/stored this content on iCloud. We took the phone to an Apple store and they told him, based on the symptoms, that there was nothing they could do (basically, that the phone was beyond repair). Desperate, and as a last resort, we took the phone to PC Med Center and they were able to repair the phone! In addition, they helped back-up his pictures/videos on iCloud.
