Hong Kong Chinese Food — Restaurant in Town of Monroe

When I called the woman who answerd the phone was very polite. I order the same thing wherever I get Chinese food from. I always ask for my food crispy/well done. The woman assured me my food would be cooked to my preference and spoke very good English so I know she understood. When the delivery man came to my door he lied about the total so he could get a bigger tip (I demaded to see the receipt and caught him lying). When I went to eat my food i found that it was not cooked the way that I had asked for. I called back and a man answered and simply said that's what it is and sorry. Are you kidding me ??? Very polite when I placed the order and now that they have my money they could care less. The dumplings were bland and they only used cabbage (cost $6.00) I could buy 7 pounds of cabbage for that price. My tofu was mushy and tasteless with barley any sauce and under cooked broccoli. The rice was also very very dry and tasted a few days old. Overall I would say this is one of the worst Chinese food restaurants I have ever orderd from. There pety, rude, cheap, and they lie on top of it DO NOT ORDER...

I only had $19 on my card. When I called they kept changing the prices on my food. They charged me for a soda and egg roll and I did not get it. My total was $17 I only ordered 3 things. When the delivery guy came with my food he kept forcing me to tip him. But I couldnt tip him because they over charged my card. I'm only 17 and he scared me because he wouldnt leave my front door. Walked in to order food for take out. There was a man chopping chicken legs and wings in the kitchen with a large cleaver. After chopping they went in to a paint bucket with a metal handle. On one of the chops one of the pieces of chicken fell on the floor. The man picked it up and threw it in the bucket with the rest of the chicken. I walked out and never returned - over two years now.
