Editing To add, my first conversation with this business went so well I called back after I located tires. On my call back after locating tires on a Saturday I was hung up on multiple times. I thought it was an issue with the line but it wasn't. I never requested 16 inch tires be placed on 17 inch rims. So there must have been some miscommunication, but once my husband called after numerous disconnects he was informed that they had a lot going on today and they wouldn't be able to get to it... which was fine... we were only trying to schedule an appointment to get our 245/65/17 rear tires swapped for gently used rear 245/65/17 rear tires until i can get my bushing fixed under warranty in the middle of September. Pricing is totally fair and reasonable, but be aware that if something doesn't go as plan with the initial service the owner wont accommodate for no reason. Went in to replace tire to a new rim for sprinter van. Dean stated i needed a new valve stem and sensor which in fact only the stem was bad so that was the first bump on the road(pun unintended) secondly he stated he can copy memory to the new sensor which he did but it was incompatible with my vehicle. After four days with tpms dash light on i went multiple times to get the problem fixed but instead of trying to fix it he blamed my vehicle 's system for not working which prior to the incident everything worked properly. Ultimately he denied service to me and refused to refund. Explained i would pay extra so we can be ready for our trip out state but he refused and stated we were to much trouble and vehicle was too difficult. Dean (and best dog, Bear) were the best in customer service! We were camping at Letchworth State Park, and realized our RV tires were not going to go much further. We called Dean and he was able to get the tires We needed and replaced them first thing on Monday morning.
