Thank you so much Jenny and Vinny for your exceptional customer services you provided me yesterday! I can't believe I had the opportunity to speak to a human being first of all but two!!!!! Both extremely patient assisting me through the entire process of purchasing items I reviewed on the website, desperately and urgently needed for my nonverbal non ambulatory 60-year-old sister suffering with Advanced cerebral palsy. Placed very recently in a long-term care facility. I spoke in detail, received, specific assistance and technical information for all of my specific unique technical questions from Vinny regarding the communicative equipment I was reviewing. Unquestionable expertise right down to describing in very simple comprehensive and visual terms for any layperson to understand how to utilize the device. Jenny who helped me through the entire purchasing process. Hats off to Jenny who immediately got a technician for me to answer my questions! I give your employees 100 stars for they're supportive teamwork. Can't thank you enough. By the way there's a great Niche for baby boomers who have survived disabilities into elderly age I hope that you'll be able to find and seek out more of them it took me some time to find you. My daughter received a Christmas gift from Enabling Devices and we wanted to exchange it for a different color. The customer service representative (shout out to Jenny) was superb and made it such an easy process, especially since I have enough on my plate being a mom, let alone a mom of a child with special needs. By far the best company I've dealt with for special needs. Jenny, Vinny, Christina, Sandy, and Seth are AMAZING they all are. The company started by Dr Steve Kanor was a hero to the special needs community for designing special toys for special children.Dr Kanor where ever you are thank you for caring enough to make toys for special needs.
