From start to finish, my experience with EverPresent was excellent. I was nervous giving over my 30 plus year old VCR tapes but after speaking with a sales team member I felt confident that EverPresent was the right choice. All of my questions were answered; they kept in touch every step of the way from when I dropped off my tapes to when I picked them up. There were no surprises and the converted tapes were better than I had hoped for. They even deciphered the labels on our tapes and added them to the digital converted videos! My whole family can now easily watch the tapes at their convenience, on their computers or TV’s and all agree that they are the best gift ever!!! So THANK YOU...

It is hard enough to find an organization that does film conversion adequately, and so I had the usual questions and concerns. EverPresent's dedicated staff quickly reassured me and left knowing my precious memories were in good hands. I had concerns due to the age and fragility of some of my film footage, but I'm happy to say the final product exceeded my expectations.

As I looked over the dvds I realized that extreme care and expertise went into the process ---- I'm not surprised that EverPresent has a loyal following and I now number myself and my family...

Great experience from start to finish. I had been procrastinating on getting my parents VHS tapes (8 in total) converted for quite some time before I finally decided to go with EverPresent. I feel like I made a good choice with this company. I was updated during each step of the process and the quality was as I anticipated. Thank you to Everpresent for allowing my family and I to see/hear our loved ones who have since passed on. I would definitely use this service again.
