I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Verizon store at 2644 NY-32, New Windsor, NY, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I had been to another Verizon location earlier in the day, where I faced a bit of a wait and some initial difficulty in getting my questions answered. Although a helpful associate eventually resolved my concerns, the experience left me hoping for a more streamlined and efficient visit.
Enter Anthony F. at the New Windsor location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, professional demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I had come to this location specifically to return a Wi-Fi router, as I had learned from my previous visit that not all Verizon stores handle this task. Anthony took care of my request promptly and without any hassle, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of Verizon's policies and procedures.
What truly stood out, however, was Anthony's exceptional customer service. He not only facilitated the return of my router but also took the time to address a few additional questions I had about my Verizon services. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist were evident throughout our interaction. It is rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism and customer care, and Anthony exceeded all expectations.
This visit was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at Verizon. Anthony F. truly went above and beyond, ensuring that all my needs were met efficiently and effectively. His dedication to his work and his customers is commendable, and he undoubtedly deserves recognition for his outstanding service.
In summary, the Verizon store at 2644 NY-32, New Windsor, NY, has earned a well-deserved 5-star rating from me. The seamless, top-notch service provided by Anthony F. was a refreshing change from my earlier visit to another location. If you are looking for a Verizon store where you can expect exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend this location. Anthony F., in particular, is a standout employee who made my visit a truly positive and memorable one. Five out...
Read moreThe service started with Mike Camann asking " what can I do for you, sir. He was approaching me at my side, so I forgive him. I corrected him by saying " Ma'm. He stood there so I said it again. He acknowledged my correction. He serviced my problem on my cell phone. Somehow we started talking about the tablet. He thought the price was $30.00. He came back with one and said it was $1.00. I said I didn't know any thing about ASUS and how it compared with others. He went to his computer to a site he said he never used or at least rarely. How strange is that when he went to it so quickly? He ran through the reviews reading some and skipping over others. My eyes caught one about its battery life which he skipped over. I asked him to go back. That review was about the short battery life (this doesn't worry me right now). I agreed it was a good buy. He said it sold for $250.00 (afterwards finding all different prices, but still more than what I paid for it). He was writing up the sales slip and said "plus $40.00. I asked what that was for. He said it was the start-up fee. I said it would have been nice if he had told me that in the beginning. He replied that he does or something to that effect. Well I just don't accept that answer. I don't have money for my cell phone bill let alone an extra $40.00 and let's not forget the extra $10.00 a month for it. I ended up buying it even though I had reservations. A few days later I learned from someone that I am now "locked in" and cannot sell it for 2 years and at the end I still need to pay something to unlock it. To put it nicely " I'm not a happy camper". Only time will tell if I made the right decision to buy the Asus ZenPad Z8s. Either way, I'm disappointed in...
Read moreChoose Three Corners Verizon New Windsor Do not shop at the Route 300 Store! My 85-year-old mother went to Verizon on Route 300 in Newburgh to address a landline issue that required in-person attention. The young man at the Route 300 Store lied to her and told her they were not a corporate store, which was not truthful. He told her this because he was not interested in helping her with a matter that would not make a commission. I believe the employees are salaried as it is a corporate store. The young man who worked there told us that we had to go to the Five Corners location in New Windsor, NY, because, according to him, they were a corporate store that dealt with those matters. The young man with orange-yellow hair, whose name I wish I knew, sent her to a non-corporate store to pawn us off. It was 100 degrees, and my mother had a hard time getting in and out of the car because of the heat. What he did was awful, mean, and malicious. I will be going to the manager later and calling Verizon to lodge a formal complaint. On the other hand, the New Windsor Store was the complete opposite Geoffrey Menda a sales associate at the New Windsor Store, was so helpful and wonderful in assisting to resolve a landline issue for my 85-year-old mother. He went above and beyond to resolve my mother's issue, which was challenging. He was professional and so kind, I would recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a Verizon phone and plan. Thank you again, Geoffrey, for helping my mother. Truthfully, the customer service is so much better at 5 Corners Verizon than the Route 300 Newburgh Store. I would highly recommend Verizon 5...
