Big V Town Centre — Local services in Town of New Windsor

It was once a great store. It's now hit or miss. Seems the produce has gone down in the last 2 yrs. I've been dissatisfied with it as many others have as well. It's seems frozen sometimes and once you bring it home, plan on eating within a day or 2 because it goes rotton quickly. I've totally given up on the deli since their main concern seems to be pre sliced/pre ordered and with the Boars head issues, I really have avoided anyway. The entrance and exit area is way too congested and I'm navigating my way out saying excuse me multiple times. The majority of employees are friendly and helpful, except for the cashiers. You may get the occasional one that smiles and starts bagging with you, but too many that just stand there watching me bag all my groceries and make me feel I'm delaying them. Then there's the one that can't touch certain items bc they are allergic. Maybe she should consider a different line of work? I've had wonderful employees that are helpful in the dairy section, frozen, meat and general foods/goods. Just not sure if the good outweighs the not so good with the choices of other stores and the price of food these days. Can't keep buying bad produce ... PS..Where's the management of the store? When they first 'reopened ' a few years back, you would always see a manager walking, talking...

I can say that it may never change its image, but that is ok. A newer planet fitness may stand where k mart once had its doors open to the public, but now it still remains where the only pizzaria I'll ever recommend is. Mama Theresa's, there is one Mexican restaurant and a spa spot, as well as a shoprite across the street in the same plaza. If you need an excuse to go, let it be for a change of tempo. You'll feel like the goodwill store there is a reason to try out something retro chic, or if you're just on lunch and need a quick bite or run at the gym an hour later or after work. Parking is absolutely horrible The only thing they got there that's good is the vape store and the restaurant Don't know anything about the bank because I don't go there but the place next door food's pretty good and the vape store pretty much has everything that's legal in New York and when I say parking's bad it's really bad so just be careful because the bank drive-thru you can't see when someone's leaving so I've almost gotten hit twice so just...
