Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

Well I have to agree with the negative reviews. I ordered take out on the app, I was picking up, I got the food on time but when I returned to the hotel and got into my pj's to eat, I discovered they had neglected to give me my wings sauce I had ordered and I ordered chips and salsa, and I got the chips but no salsa . .(what good are chips and no salsa) When I was standing waiting at the takeout counter a woman said to the young man giving me my order, "did you check it, he replied yes, so I did not check it and I should have as he had not. I called to complain about my order and the male who answered the phone was more interested in his multi tasking than in my order being wrong, I would speak and get dead silence at the end of the line, he didn't care that my order was wrong, his suggestion was for me to return and get the salsa and wing sauce, but since I was in my hotel and in my pj's I declined. Now when you order on the app, their is no reason for your order to be wrong, as it's all outlined in writing, no one misunderstood on the phone what you ordered. I realized when I hung up the phone that I had not asked for a .60 cent refund for the sauce I paid extra for and did not get, so I called back and asked for my refund. Same male answered and he must have felt bad for tresting me so poorly on my last call as he said he would inform the manager who would give me my refund and asked for my name and phone number, I'll see if I get the refund and a call from the manager. When you order takeout and it's wrong, unfortunately the only recourse is for you to return to the restaurant, I was not offered any kind of other recompense, but there should be some consequence to such poor service. There is no excuse for getting a takeout order wrong especially when it's ordered on the app. Don't trust the service at this establishment, check everything...

Ok BWW...This is a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live here type restaurant. First the bad stuff. The place is Loud, I mean LOUD... like two settings of LOUD and that's LOUD and LOUDER. Second, the service and I mean like super slow, slow, slow, watch the paint peel, service. I usually eat at the bar. It takes about 15 minutes to just get the bartender's attention. Well to be fair the whole place is a kind of a huge bar but regardless, no matter what I order, (usually just wings surprise!) it takes about 45 minutes to get served a dozen wings and beer. It seems like the bartender/waitress doesn't even check to see if your order is ready until your finish the 1st beer you invariably order AND have ordered another one that you won't drink. I don't know whether they are understaffed or the young ladies behind the bar are trained in "I dont give a c### service" but the service is so slow that I usually pass on going there because I don't have an hour to waste waiting to get a dozen wings and a beer. OK now the good. The wings are great! and they have great sauces on the side. They have a good selection of beers on tap. Their prices are inexpensive. I think my 2 beers and wings were $26.00. They have a gazillion TVs and every sporting event known to man. The ladies behind the bar are very nice and friendly. If they ever get around to figuring out how to fry a dozen wings in less than an hour I might eat here more often. Oh yeah for anyone wondering, I used to work in a restaurant and IIRC it took me about 5 minutes to fry a dozen wings. So, in short, go and watch the grass grow. PS I got a response from the owner. Thank you. I have met him and he is one of the nicest people you could meet. He used to? own a steak place that was one of the best restaurants in Newburgh. I doubt he knows how slow...

Came here last night and received the worst service I have probably ever experienced in my life. I want to start off by saying our waitress (not sure what her name was) but she had a binder with Bad Bunny stickers on it. We got there at 6:15 and got seated, she greeted us with a straight face, you could tell she did not want to be there. As we were looking at the drink menu she was just tapping her pen on her book looking across the restaurant seemingly bothered. Waited around 30 minutes just for our drinks. She came over one time and asked us if we needed anything as well as the manager. When the manager came out to ask if we needed anything my husband said water and it was brought out by her right away. That was the quickest service we got all night. Didn’t bring out the few things we asked for, we were already done finishing the appetizers and didn’t see her once so there was no point to ask again. We didn’t wind up leaving till 9 o’clock, so we were there for three hours waiting for drinks and food. The tables next to us were seated after us, and left before we even got served. The tip of the iceberg was after she brought the boxes out, we asked for the check and waited another 30 minutes. I had went up and asked if we could have the check to which she brought it out then. We gave her the card and when she brought it back she placed my husbands credit card and receipt in a plate of ketchup on the table. Normally when we go out we tip over 20% even if the service isn’t up to par because we understand that is peoples livelihoods but we have never EVER experienced anything this poor before. Will never be returning to...
