Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

We have been to this Taco Bell before and have not had any problems. However, today nothing went well. We ordered on the machine inside the store which was fine. Immediately after paying I went to one of the employees asking for my receipt and they said they had thrown it out and could not print me another one. Why not put the customers receipt in their food bag? I get a receipt everywhere I go and have never had this issue before. Next their soda machine was broken and instead of telling us they let us taste almost all the sodas, they were all flat and watery. When my boyfriend told an employee that the machine was broken, her manager over heard and rolled his eyes while throwing his arms in the air, very unprofessional. The girl was helpful and nice and got us a soda from the kitchen machine. Then we get to the car to eat our tacos and they were both cold and no napkins were provided. We were also both missing items and toppings in our tacos. It was not busy at all either, everyone was standing around! The Newburgh Taco Bell i woukd say is the worst one i have ever been to by far. Placing the order was fine, verified before going to the window to pay, after paying they gave us a small bag with not even half of what was ordered inside closed the window ajd walked away without saying anything to us. Very rude, more worried about getting people in and out. We showed them that things from the order was missing, they took the bag back and came back after about a minute with a bigger bag. I still checked the order to make sure everything eas there and it was still missing items. My husband went inside at this point. Then upon going through the actual food to eat, by husbands tacos had little to NO MEAT. Way more lettuce then anything. My grilled cheese burrito, the cheese wasnt even melted it was falling off the burrito, my chicken and potato quesadilla the cheese wasnt melted and the potatoes were very dry and hard. I never eat here but it was the only late night option and we were starving. The order was wrong and all we could here from the drive thru window was one F-Bomb after another. Completely inappropriate behavior by the employees and these people want $15/hour? Maybe the training video tape got eaten in their outdated VCR? UPDATE I was never really a fan of fast food, but that ad for crunch wrap comes on at 1am and what are you gonna do? I really want to congratulate the staff at TB. Before, it was very frustrating that they were so unorganized and made numerous mistakes and drive thru was a mile long in the middle of the night. Now they definitely have it together. The order is always correct, food is fresh and delicious, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Congrats on a total 180° in customer service. Kudos to you!
