Ordered flowers for a funeral and selected the largest arrangement. As you can see, the number of lilies and the number of white roses isn’t even close. Spoke to manager who said they go by a recipe that indicates the number of stems to use, not the number of blooms. I said “Well, we don’t order floral arrangements based on stems, do we?” She had no concern for customer satisfaction whatsoever.
