WORST SERVICE!!! I went to pay my electric bill and this employee (DOMINICAN LADY) was very RUDE since she started talking to me. She gave me a nasty attitude as I said Hi to her and told her I need to pay my Conedison bill. She said what you dont speak Spanish? I said No. She said why not- trying to force me to speak Spanish and giving me a really bad look, but I am from the Philippines. This kind of employee dont belong behind that counter!!
