This flower shop is by far the most wonderful place, with gorgeous, beautiful flowers, spectacular bouquets and the best customer service. Jeanette is so lovely to talk with and amazingly thoughtful and considerate. We used to live in Farmingdale for a lot of years, our son, a Marine, was killed in Afghanistan while we still lived there and is buried in National Cemetery in Farmingdale. We moved to Texas a few years ago, and I depend upon Flower Shop of Farmingdale to always place the most beautiful arrangements on his grave. They remember what we generally like and offer suggestions on those times we want to do something different. I highly recommend this flower shop to everyone. They care about your orders, and work to ensure they understand your needs, and always deliver, always when requested, and with great consideration and care. They are so professional and kind. From the very beginning, she made us feel so welcomed and cared for... like we were friends, not just clients. She was incredibly accommodating, a thoughtful listener, and really took the time to understand our vision. Jeanette absolutely nailed the color palette and brought to life the loose, free-flowing centerpiece arrangements I had been dreaming of. I have never ever in my life wrote a complaint online! If there was a no star option I would absolutely click that, but since we MUST give a star here ya go! I purchased a bouquet for Mothers Day , called to confirm my order after purchasing online, and the women who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and would not confirm “because they were to busy” my Mom then got the flowers a day early which is NOT what I paid for, and sent me a picture of the flowers. They looked absolutely horrible! I could of picked flowers out of my local park that looked better! The bouquet was filled with leaves, and NO flowers! Looked nothing like what I ordered! I then called the florist and explained the issue , the women I spoke to a second time was even ruder! She told me “ I hope if you have kids , they love you” and HUNG UP the phone on me!
