I had my husband surprise 40th birthday here and we had the BEST time. From my first correspondence with Jim (the manager at this location), to paying my deposit and then the actual party. It was all pleasant and lovely. Jim is a great manager and truly cares about you and your loved ones enjoying themselves in his establishment. The appetizers were DELICIOUS and plentiful and all my guest couldn’t get over how much food we had and how good it was. We had beer and wine for our party and everyone was so happy with the beer and wine selections.
Jim and his staff were AMAZING. My guests also couldn’t stop talking and made sure to tell his staff how wonderful, attentive and overall kind they were.Jim also closed down the bar for my event as well and it was so great to have the place to ourselves.
We really had a great time and I can’t thank Jim and his staff enough for making my husbands day so special.
I would recommend this place with my eyes closed. Thank you again...
Read moreI came here tonight with my boyfriend to celebrate a birthday, a overall was fine until the bartender (giant mustache and a gray, maybe a bit older too) was moving a table as i JUST put my boyfriend & i's plates for food (we JUST ordered)and a full guinness on the table, and as i do that im a server and starting bussing it cuz it was dirty! it was busy so its NOT a big deal, as soon as i finish i turn around for literally not even a second he flies past me, so i turned around and he slapped a reserved sign on the table, and pulls it out from behind me mad quick and just lets my boyfriends drink spill all over the floor and the glass just completely shatters all over my feet and i had glass in my shoes. He did not say sorry or even offer to grab him a new beer on the house, lowkey disappointed cuz we come here often, and as somebody who works in the industry as a bartender and a waitress i'm pissed. Poor service on his part straight up, don't know if i'll...
Read moreI love the villager, we experienced some miscommunication regarding reservations as they grew (day 1 fans) but management jumped right in and cleared it up. Now they're on open table! Made a reservation with no issue and life is good again. It gets packed, so I definitely recommend making a reservation.
The last time we were there the staff really went way above and beyond, not just to us but to everyone.
We love the villager, easily our favorite spot on main street. In the warmer weather we come at least once a week (usually more). Love the area out back and the outside bar. The food is phenomenal and they have seasonal/weekly rotations and regularly update the menu. The fried mozzarella is amazing, half moon shaped and served with vodka sauce. Everything is always very fresh and served with a friendly smile. A really nice place to come hang...
