I had a bad experience w a senior salesperson. She followed me throughout the store and was very pushy. I was not given privacy when a sick friend called, and after my bag broke, upon leaving she would not give me a second large bag to double it ! I found her rude w a bad attitude. I bought a back sponge that fell apart on the first the first use! She told me good quality, when it was garbage! This is a great store. The owner is very nice and friendly, he makes small talk with the customers and whatnot. Sometimes, his family is in the store with him and it is an absolute joy to see them there. It is great service and affordable prices. I would give this store ten stars but five is the limit.
