absolutely awful store customer service. i spent hundreds and when i tried to bring a charger back because i realized i didn’t need it the owner told me since the sticker was removed from the box i couldn’t return it. it wasn’t even opened i just started to remove the sticker on the opening of the box and my son ran in and said he found my lost charger. so now my 6 lines i was going to give this store business for upgrades will now be going elsewhere. so don’t refund $40 and its costing you hundreds! great business...
