They seem like really nice people but I have to say they are absolutely gouging their customers! A bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel is $7.49 and thatās their CASH price. Not sure I am allowed to mention competitors on here so I wonāt give out the name but a comparable if not better bagel shop right down the road on main street is $5.79 for their same exact sandwich. Thatās a 30% difference. And thatās not the only comparison. Literally every other deli Iāve purchased the same exact sandwich for in the area is considerably less. This is not a typo they are gouging $7.49 for a bacon egg and cheese! You know whatās the worst? When a business owner complains that prices of things are up so they have to make their profit. I get that. I own a business as well. But when your competitors at 30% less than you then you canāt use that excuse anymore. When eggs were super expensive stores raised prices. Totally get that. When the price goes down you are supposed to help your customers out and adjust them back, not continue to take advantage of them and fatten your wallets! Itās simply unacceptable and I will not be going back.
Update: The sandwich does come with a coffee or Small OJ but most of their competitors do also! What if you donāt drink coffee or OJ? Do you get a discount? Cmon thatās just an excuse to drive up the price. In one instance there is a place that does not include coffee or juice but you can purchase for a discount of $1 so itās still cheaper than your prices. Thereās nothing to argue here , you are overpriced. Period. As far as complaining directly, would that change anything lol. This is not personal so stop taking it personally. you seem like a really good guy just admit that you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have our new Spot for our visits back to Long Island! My husband & I are both originally from Long Island and now live in Phoenix Arizona. Each year when we come home to visit family we will bring back anywhere from a half dozen to 3 or 4 dozen bagels. Arizona is VERY limited when it comes to good bagel spots. Life just isn't the same without a good bagel breakfast sandwich.
Well, after trying G & L bagels this morning - we have found OUR SPOT to go to when we come home. Service was awesome, food was even better.thank you for making a cold rainy morning much better for 2 people questioning their life choices to visit during a cold wet month. 58ā° cold and wet vs 95ā° with ZERO humidity or rain. Normally, I'd say that I'll take 95ā° any time... EXCEPT THIS TIME; If coming out during cold wet weather, means that we also get G & L Bagels ---COUNT...

I have been getting up early on the weekends and doing Home Depot runs and decided to go do something different today. So I stopped in to G&L and got a half a dozen bagels for the family. My wife and kids were raving about how big and delicious these bagels were. I also enjoyed my poppy bagel with cream cheese. The place was very tidy and clean. The two young kids working the counter were very polite and punctual with service. Everyone was so happy that I decided to leave my first Google review ever. Today is a day of firsts I guess. We are Passing the word already. Thank you for starting my...
