Peapod by Stop & Shop Supermarket — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

Stop And Shop is good, but peapod is terrible. My first 2 shipments were fantastic - on time, accurate, good quality, ect. The next 6 orders were delivered late, and sub par, squashed or insanely tiny items (ex a butternut squash the size of 2 apples),or just missing from the order. For example yesterday I ordered several ingredients for a gluten free party cake, as well as groceries. When I placed the order everythi6was in stock. I got billed, and when the delivery person showed up, they didn't have 3 things in the order, only then finding out it is "out of stock". I had called and verified with several warehouses thay they did I fact have my items, but I didn't get them. Customer service was not helpful but they told me I can return things to the driver and it would be credited to my account by the time they returned to the warehouse. That was not true. I ended up having to return half my entire order because of missing out of stock ingredients, which caused me to not be able to make the recipe. 2 dyas later and I'm still being charged for items I didn't get.

Items were missing and delivery was late. My delivery time was supposed to be around 1 to 6pm, but the delivery showed up at 1130pm. There was no choice for me to reschedule, nor any compensation.
