My poor German Shepherd suffered very badly after just 2 doses of apoquel and this subsequently triggered hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and SIBO. After recovering her weight back, I decided I did NOT want to keep her on cr@ppy "prescription" diet kibble. This stuff is overpriced garbage! My dog also suffers from environmental and seasonal allergies and itchy skin. Enough is enough and I want to feed her only the best!

I reached out to Anya and she spoke to me with a lot of empathy and made great suggestions on what products to use. I was scared at first because my dog was having diarrhea the 2nd day on raw. I called the store and a lady who I do not know the name of spoke to me and gave me so much reassurance and confidence that I was doing the right thing and that my dog is just detoxing.

Well, she was right!! I continued to feed my dog the raw cold turkey and adore beast gut soothe and the next morning, she was having small, non smelly stools. Her coat is already SO MUCH softer and shinier. She is way less hyperactive like when she was on kibble. I will eventually have to try the suggestion of adding local raw honey for her allergies.

I use K9 Kraving and although the cost does add up a little, the price for these products is the best around and your dog will be so much healthier in the long run. They also carry so many products you will never see in a conventional pet store. They even have safe rawhide, aka cow skin rolls, and raw goat milk! They care so much about the health of your dog and/or cat. I will continue to support...

Coming from Upstate NY there were absolutely no raw dog food boutiques within a 3 hour distance. I'm so lucky that I looked for "raw dog food" when I knew I was going to be visiting Long Island.

I first contacted the company via e-mail and did not receive a response, the owner e-mailed me a few days after apologizing that she never got to my e-mail (which totally makes sense, it was busy, nearing holidays and it happens!) I was pleased to actually get an e-mail back with an apology which showed excellent customer service on their part.

I actually ended up going to the store in Massapequa (before she e-mailed me) and was greeted by a young gentleman, I believe his name was Mike. What a wonderful and knowledgeable employee! I'm new to raw feeding and he explained in detail the step by step process for me, tailored for my dog (based on breed, weight, and age). He even wrote it on an index card so I could bring that home. I also told him that I was actually from Upstate NY and thank goodness he told me that they ship! Just waiting on an e-mail to receive more details about shipping. Ended up leaving the store that day with a log, goats milk, and some chicken feet! I was also given a discount for being a first time customer.

I will definitely be coming back to stock up on some logs before heading...

Omg!! I cannot even put into words how amazing the staff, the store and the raw food diet has been for my Kane. I rescued Kane and he has been through a lot. He has high anxiety which has caused a multitude of issues, one of the major ones being digestive issues. My boyfriend had told me about looking into a raw food diet, but being uneducated on them, I often declined. Then he took me to the K9 Shop. The staff was EXTREMELY intelligent and patient. They answered all my questions thouroughly and removed my doubts. Kane had major digestive issues up until Sunday evening. I started his raw diet monday, Monday afternoon he was great. Tuesday he had amazing good energy, not anxiety and his excitement at meal time was spectacular. Day 3, happy as ever. Teeth cleaner, bowels amazing and even a reduction in anxiety. This has been god sent. I cannot say enough amazing things about this store. I felt at home immediately and even Kane enjoyed his visit. Thank you all so much! Definitely...
