My spa — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

OMG this place was so beyond excellent. I sort of knew what I was getting when it came to the service. I was gifted an hour Hair spa and a 30 minute facial I was very hesitant about the facial because I thought it was going to include extractions and things like that but it’s not like that at all. Instead they scrub your face a bunch of different times with the different water temperatures and basically spends 30 minutes, scrubbing your face and put an amazing face mask on And then stuck me under steam. It was so relaxing. It’s better than a regular full body massage. Then, after that, she got to work on my head, using various tools to stimulate the hair growth, but also massage my scalp. She also massaged my face during the facial. She scrubbed me so hard. It felt like I had never washed my hair before, and she was scrubbing me as if it was the first time I’d ever washed she scrubbed the sides the top and did several different washes with all different water temperatures. There’s a half a halo that’s sort of like a rain shower. They run it on your neck while she’s working on your face and it’s so relaxing because it runs down the back of your neck. You don’t get wet at all because you don’t have your top on, but you’re covered by a towel and your head is sitting on a grate that has holes in it. She is able to rinse all of the shampooing out and she must’ve shampooed me for what felt like at least 40 minutes I was so relaxed. I fell asleep. She then use the rain showerhead on me. I think did some sort of conditioner treatment and combed out my hair and because I have long hair she blue dry it a little bit to get Some of the wetness out. Overall, it was one of the best most relaxing experiences of my life. I highly highly recommend this location. The only complaint I would have is that I wish the beds were a little wider and a little more comfortable because I was laying down for so long my lower back started to hurt and I am plus size so it was sort of hard to find a place to put my hands, but I don’t believe that’s any of their fault. It’s more of a me problem overall truly incredible. I I got mine as a Groupon gift, but I think if you go into the spa and speak with the owner, they will be Happy to accommodate you. As a mom of a two-year-old that is the only way I want to be pampered from here on out -Thank you so much ladies. Excellent excellent...

I went with a group of 4 girls. They can only do 3 in the front so I went to a separate room. When I finished and we spoke about the experiences, we didn't get the same treatment. They received massages with lotion, massages on the arms, scented shampoo and conditioner the halo was on their neck and their head, and a steam dome. I got none of those things. I got my hair washed with a non scented shampoo and combed, halo on the forehead and at the end blow dried. I came out of there with a headache and a backache. It wasn't great at all. The rest of the girls had a wonderful experience. I wouldn't go back there. It was a waste of time. Happy...

They walked out on me for 20 minutes in the middle of the massage. I booked an hour, and the started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes. When I got there they didnt have enough staff for me and my mom. Very disappointed! Did not compensate in any way. Instead of saying sorry the lady who walked out and called me later said “Oh what? You dont have money.?” I came for a scalp massage, not for attitude and to be disrespected.
