Its rare that you walk into a store and have such a pleasant experience you HAVE to get on the internet and leave a review as soon as you get home. But that was the experience I had today with Kay and Deb.

Though I was there for repair, and not a purchase, I will absolutely be back for a large purchase as soon as I have one to make. Their customer service and general demeanor from start to finish was unmatched.

Kay is 'Old School' so their web presence might deter you - but that would be a mistake. You can tell she's got years and years and years in the Biz and her staff (Deb) are equally as knowledgeable and kid.

I will be sending everyone I know here moving forward, whether its for a consultation, general advice, or big purchase - this will be my go-to jeweler moving forward..

You know that feeling you get when you're walking into a Jeweler and you think they're about to take you for all you got? Well, this store is THE OPPOSITE. You can tell all they want is the happiness of their customers and repeat business.

Artistic is just the best! It was been a few years due to the Pandemic since we have been there but many of my beautiful pieces of jewelry came from their store. My husband buys a watch or two every time we go. Max and his team are simply the best. I would trust them explicitly. You can leave valuable pieces there and they will mail them back to your home in the states. I highly recommend their store. By the way, don’t bother trying to price a piece elsewhere. They are truly honest and fair with...

I heard wonderful things about Artistic so I made the trip from Upstate New York and bought my wedding band from there. We were so impressed with the service and jewelry that we have come back for many other pieces, including a beautiful, delicate tennis bracelet that is my favorite!
