Prepared Foods LI has been in my life for a year now. I started last January and by late spring I lost 36 lbs! Amazing lifestyle for menopausal and post menopausal women. The weight finally budged! I've tried a few different of their meals. Breakfast and dinners everything was very tasty. I am ala carte customer. Everything is seasoned well which is not the case I found in other places.
