i got a membership here a few months ago because me and my friends thought it was a quiet gym to workout in not a lot of people there. that was true. i like the facility itself other than a few machines i’d like to use that aren’t there however, the service i have been given among one of my other friends was not professionally handled what so ever. my friend was charged 100 dollars with no notice for bringing 3 people to the gym then a week later i was charged 50 for bringing 2 people with no notice. i did not get an email to notify me that this wasn’t allowed and checked multiple times on the website to see if you were allowed to bring people in. didn’t see anything. i was then told that it’s clearly stated everywhere and everyone needs a membership. any other gym does not work this way and this is absolutely ridiculous. i’m now charged 50 dollars to my account and my friend is now out 100. not something either of us could afford at this time. we will both be cancelling our memberships. i don’t...
Read moreClean, organized and really appreciated how as a member I was not charged monthly when closed during pandemic. That says a lot about the owners. All necessary precautions are in place to help stop the spread of Covid-19, which leaves me feeling confident when visiting/leaving the establishment. It’s gotten more and more dirty, especially the equipment. Hair, dirt, build up. Because it seems that there is only teenagers who run the place. There is not that much equipment, I understand the space is kind of small, but given the only gym in the area, it seems that they would either again expand like they did for the cardio area, or see how some equipment can be replaced. The thing I do appreciate it about it, really is that it’s open 24-7. Other than that, I’m not thrilled to go there. It’s just the only gym that’s half way descent. For how small it is, their membership should be...
