I am just about out of my 2 favorite Blue Olive staples, Expresso and Black Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrettes. I will stop by to pick up some more along with a dozen other bottles of olive oil and vinaigrettes for Christmas presents. The Blue Olive is amazing for quality, diversity and pairing knowledge. Both olive oils and vinaigrettes come in many types / flavors so having an expert to help out is much appreciated. Great shop! We had a great experience. The owners are extremely personable & enthusiastic. Very helpful and take time to help pair oil & vinegar to your liking. They also sell other items as well as pastas, sauces, soaps, gluten free snacks. It was such a treat finding this shop we cannot wait to go come back.
