I am an AVID customer of all Acadia locations, penfield is my home store for 90% of my weekly purchases. The interaction I just had on the phone with the employee working was far from professional. I asked if I could be told what percentage MIT extract powders were on hand and was told with very snark attitude how that was” impossible, nobody can tell you the percentage” I’ve bought MIT extract powder based on percentage for 2 years now. Once I explained that there was exactly what I was saying in stock, the demeanor changed since she realized product does exist and is far from “impossible” to let me know if my preferred 75% mit extract powder was in stock. Interactions like this will 100% drive customers to source from other retailers rather than support local businesses.
