When I read all of the negative reviews, I admit that I got nervous about the kind of service that I was going to get here. Regardless, I decided to give them a chance.
The baristas behind the counter are polite and time-efficient. They are well-informed about their company's policies, and they showed integrity by following through on those policies and informing the customer of any policies where appropriate/applicable. It is evident that their priority is customer service, even when overwhelmed by staff-shortages and long bursts of customer traffic. There were only two baristas behind the counter when I first got here, one taking the orders and the other making the drinks. They were always running back and forth, and they were clearly doing their best with the resources they had.
Please--if you're short on time, choose another location. If you want custom messages on your cup, don't expect them when they're experiencing staff shortages. The main priority is giving everyone fast service, as Starbucks is technically a fast-food chain.

Read moreI just got my car detailed and had to stop and get some things from the grocery that is across the street from this Starbucks. When I finished shopping I found a flyer on my windshield and the man carrying them. I asked the man not to do that because I just got my car detailed. He said "your car will be fine, I'm just doing my job." Upset with his tone of voice and his response I call the Starbucks and inform them that I did not appreciate a flyer on my car and why they even sent an employee to this grocery's parking lot when it's not even in the same plaza. During the call I was upset but never raised my voice, and the response I got from the lady was in a sarcastic voice saying "I'm sorry a flyer upset you". I hung up as I didn't want to yell at a employee who probably had no knowledge of this or was just having a bad day dealing with other customers I've been there I get it. I just wanted to share my experience with some of their employees and to state that I will never buy anything from this Starbucks ever.
PS putting flyer on people cars is not a good way to advertise something. It creates waste and a lot of people just throw them on the ground I saw at least 3-4 flyer floating around the...
Read moreWalked in this morning at 7:34, placed my order and went to wait for it. 4 minutes later I received my danish but not my drink. The atmosphere was very QUIET. Not one employee talking to each other, no one said hello or good morning. As I waited for my drink which was literally just an ice decaf Americana, mobile orders kept being produced. Fast forward to 7:47, my drink was still not being made. I’m now running late for work. I asked if my drink was going to be ready soon and the girl seemed very annoyed, and told me I was 4th in queue but they were still making the mobile orders first. I said I had to leave because again, I’m now running late. There was 2 customers in the store tops so that’s not an excuse. I waited another minute and nothing. So I asked again and they said I could get a refund. So now I’ve been in the store for 15 minutes with zero drink and now have to get in line for a refund.
