Had a medication experience similar to the others posted. My medication which is a controlled substance medication used for postoperative pain was put in on Monday, January 8. I’m still waiting for it as of January 19. The automated system said it would be ready by January 18 after 3 o’clock. When I went to the pharmacy I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through was told to come inside. No one saw me for another 20 minutes I got upset I asked to see a supervisor. They said she wasn’t available, it’s just absolutely incredible. Then I was told the medication wasn’t in stock. How do you like those apples? Read moreThe service at this store is terrible. My doctor sent a prescription at 2P.M. I went to pick it up at 5:30 and it wasn't ready. They told me they were backed up and to come back in 45 minutes. I went back one hour later,the store was empty, and it still wasn't ready. This was on a Friday. I had no choice but to wait. The medicine was urgent,and this pharmacy closes on Saturday. What good is a pharmacy that closes for no reason. I tried this store because I thought it would be more convient. Read moreIMAGINE waiting FORTY MINUTES at 5 PM for a photo order that was supposed to be done at 2 PM and then getting home and realizing they printed it HORRIBLY. The worst part is the employee printed it and packed this up without even caring to make sure it looked decent. Then when we call them, the employee has the audacity to argue and claim a refund won’t be given because we’re rightfully upset. You don’t get to withhold MY money for YOUR mistake.
